These foundational beliefs are what drove the design for Visual Experience with Quadratech Series. The first loudspeaker to be engineered by simulation and machine learning, the series features balanced coverage, low distortion, and smooth response for comfortable, natural sound reproduction. VXQ, the premium performance level in the VX Series, features a uniquely engineered Quadratech Tweeter and Cymatic Diffuser to create crisp details and exceptional dispersion. Each VXQ Quadratech Tweeter was designed using iterative machine learning to create the ideal experience for each speaker size, a customized feature unique to each. The Quad Tweeter Array is part of the James DNA, long delivering elevated power handing and output for James speaker models for more than a decade. The Sonance and James engineering team, under the brilliant guidance of industry legend and Sonance Chief Speaker Designer, Todd Ryan, reimagined the Quad Tweeter design to bring the James Quadratech Tweeter to life. Inspired by the original Quad Tweeter Array, the Quadratech Tweeter is a completely new interpretation, leveraging a highly advanced diffuser designed through iterative machine learning, a first of its kind for speaker design. The process corrects 3D dispersion patterns to reduce interference and cancellation effects of 4 intersecting tweeters. The astonishing result delivers a consistent off axis response with lower distortion and higher fidelity. Visual Experience with Quadratech is available with options for round in-ceiling or rectangle in-wall models, in 4”, 6”, or 8” sizes. They are rated IP67 for durable protection from water and outdoor environments. Ordering VXQ with an optional VXQ enclosure to the back of the speaker makes the speaker IP67 rated all the way around the speaker.  James VXQ models feature the same stunning trim aesthetics as VX with the added durability of Sonance Post Capture technology. The strong magnetic post system securely attaches the grille to the VXQ speaker to keep the grille intact for any indoor, outdoor, or marine environment. Like VX, VXQ Post Capture grilles are available as Micro Trim, Trimless, or Trimless flush TRUFIG Mounted. They can also be painted, or laser printed by the Sonance | James team.
