14 North features 19 video zones. The project leveraged the small ceiling footprint of Sonance DOS throughout the home interior (now Sonance Small Aperture) with the exception of the Sport Court which demanded the power and output of James SA853QT for the kind of adrenaline-pumping playback needed for a little one-on-one scrimmage or even for an impromptu movie night on the court.

The project boasts James All Terrain and Outdoor Tower speakers throughout the exterior to ensure audio coverage from strategically placed speakers that could integrate into the various 'scapes including custom stainless OT84 speakers, seamlessly built into the pool fence. In total, the system is driven by 38 Sonance amplifiers.

INNOVATIVE INTEGRATION

The speakers surrounding the pool area are a custom reconstruction of the James OT84-4 Outdoor Tower speaker, crafted from 316 stainless steel with flat speaker faces that blend cleanly into the fence line. The chamfered tops shed water efficiently, while connections are protected within a watertight void at the base of each enclosure. Thanks to their close spacing, these speakers deliver a powerful, immersive performance at lower volume levels to ensure an exceptional experience without disturbing the neighbors.
