Set against the dramatic desert backdrop of Fountain Hills and nestled alongside the 14th hole of one of Arizona’s most scenic golf courses, this home required a sophisticated design and equally refined technology to match. With panoramic views, natural textures, and open transitions to the exterior, this home is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Recognized as a 2023 Sonance Design Award finalist — this project stands out for its seamless blend of architecture, technology, and atmosphere.
Blending Sound Into Desert Landscape
This Fountain Hills project required seamless coordination and precision execution to bring the vision to life. With clean sight lines, high ceilings, and a grand open-concept layout, it called for an audio solution as expansive as its architecture. Cyber Technology Group and builder Golden Heritage Homes were tasked with delivering full audio coverage using solutions that would completely disappear into the design.
From speakers and lighting to control systems, every technology element needed to blend into the home’s aesthetic. To meet that challenge, Cyber turned to Sonance for the right balance of performance and discretion.

Outside, the Sonance Garden Series system delivers rich, balanced sound, elevating every outdoor gathering. The result is a fully integrated listening experience, designed to disappear.
Today, the legacy Visual Performance Series has evolved into the Sonance Visual Experience Series — a new benchmark in architectural audio. Leveraging four decades of speaker design and innovation, VX is the first Sonance speaker series engineered using simulation and machine learning. The result is precise coverage, low distortion, and an exceptionally natural sonic experience. Setting a new standard for how audio should look, sound, and feel.
